Tomorrow. Tomorrow I leave for Guatemala where I will be interning with the Cumberland Presbyterian Church for the summer. While there I will be working as a school chaplain for both a high school and an elementary school. I will also be working with churches in Coban and Guatemala City who are interested in the CP denomination. Finally, I will teach a class at a seminary on the coast and I will help lead a youth team that is coming from New Hope CP in Birmingham, AL.
And this blog is a way for all of you to keep up with me and the work I am doing. To all of you who support me in prayer, thank you. That is truly foundational to the work I will be doing.
I hit the ground running after I arrive tomorrow. Sunday I will be preaching and then traveling to Coban to begin my work with the high school there.
